 Alhamdulillah. 

A remarkable date to remember, of which i would say something happened, in an extraordinary way  for me to believed that it is really happening. 

A year ago, on the same date and month, was a starting to a huge dilemma and conflicts in my little agency. A promotion is coming. Jan 2022, was the official month of me being promoted as Unit Manager of my own, allowing me to have my own takaful agency , after hard years if being a life planner, promoted to Assistant Unit Manager in 10 months after me being a full timer, another year of me learning, and definitely, I CANNOT RUN. 

Its time for me to be promoted. which means

managing people

running an agency

solving problems

making decisions

to be honest, it wasnt that fun, a lot of pressure coming in, 

expectations

decisions to be make

cultures and structures to be followed.

some are not in line, but some how you just need to decide, what needed to be done at a particular time. it affects everybody. you cant please everybody. you made mistakes. you screwed up. 😢

speaking of which, im not gonna exposed it here for whatever reasons. but as 365 days passed by, you would definitely just know, that some relationship has to end. it just had to. 

and i ended it two days ago. dengan hati yang penuh keredhaan dan kemaafan terhadap apa yang telah terjadi.

and a new page starts today, with 100% full support from my team.
