Andorra!

So Dr Lily Fariza planned for a  blood transfusion. Tentatively to be warded on 2nd or 3rd March. considering my haemoglobin level was below 10, which was not a safe level for a pregnant woman. the safest is 12-15 hb. Is there a need for blood transfusion? No. Then why Dr Lily recommend it? For precaution purposes. One thing you should know, low HB can leads to multiple complications, such as bleeding, failure of post contractions and etc.

So i went back home and get several opinions, whether or not to proceed with blood transfusion. What i found out is since Andorra is a new hospital, hence they do not have blood bank, and due to that, in the event of any birth complications occur, i would not be able to have the blood supply, which is a risk to me and my baby.

On the other hand, if i were to choose other hospitals, columbia puchong or government hospital, serdang, i might not even be suggested to undergone such process, considering they have blood bank, and in case i would need one during delivery. i would be at the advantage as i can have them anytime.

Despite such, i still want to deliver Arrian at Andorra. Believe me or not, giving birth at any hospital is the same process. but the environment and the supports from people around us HELPS.

till then, meet you on 3rd! :)
